About the Presenters:
Emily Ball, Forestry Program Manager, WSB
Emily is an ISA certified arborist, with more than twenty years of experience in community forestry and natural resources. Emily served as the City Forester for Minnetonka from 2004 to 2016 and for Lakeville from 2016-2022. Throughout her career, Emily has gained extensive experience in project management, program creation and contract administration, tree inventory design and implementation, management plan writing, tree health and condition evaluations, outreach and education. She is passionate about sharing this experience with organizations who want to manage their community forests more effectively.
Ryan Earp, Director of Public Engagement, WSB
Ryan is a creative and collaborative strategist with nearly twenty years of experience working in the fields of stakeholder engagement and strategic communications. During this time, Ryan has worked with a variety of private and public sector clients to develop impactful strategic communications plans and execute stakeholder and community engagement initiatives. Ryan is passionate about integrating emerging tools and technologies to meet stakeholder outreach objectives for our WSB clients.
