Young Engineers Leadership Series – Building Effective and Ethical Team Cultures – 1.0 PDH

The MnSPE Young Engineers Group invites you to join the 2023 Leadership Webinar Series. This 5-part series will be hosted via live webinar. Attend the live sessions, or if you can’t make a date, your registration also covers the recording. Discounts are available for current MnSPE members and non-member employees of some annual sponsors (depending on the level of sponsorship). Discount codes will be emailed to members and sponsors. This session will provide practical concepts and techniques for team members and leaders to create and maintain ethical, performance-oriented team cultures. Tools for maintaining purpose-orientation, flawless respect, and conflict resolution will be discussed.

Presenter: Chad Weinstein

As president of Ethical Leaders in Action, Inc., Chad Weinstein helps to develop and train leaders in a variety of industries as well as public safety, healthcare, and municipalities. Before beginning this work more than 15 years ago, Weinstein was a consultant leading research projects in product development organizations nationwide, where he developed an appreciation for the ethical dimensions of technical work. He has been providing ethics training to engineers for more than 10 years. Weinstein holds a Ph.D. in ethics from the University of Minnesota, and is author of Thinking Aloud: Reflections on Ethical Leadership.
