2024 Young Engineers Leadership Series – The Value of Understanding Your Strengths and Embracing the Evolving Nature of Career Paths

March 27 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm CDT

The MnSPE Young Engineers Group invites you to join the 2024 Leadership Webinar Series. This 4-part series will be hosted via live webinar. Attend the live sessions, or if you can’t make a date, your registration also covers the recording. Discounts are available for current MnSPE members and non-member employees of some annual sponsors (depending on the level of sponsorship). Discount codes will be emailed to members and sponsors. Please reach out to hello@mnspe.org if you do not have your code.

Presenter: Jennifer Lowry

Jennifer Lowry has 20 successful years of engineering experience in the Twin Cities – despite being told to choose a different major by her college advisors and Myers-Briggs raking engineering as the worst industry fit for her personality. Each of her roles at consulting firms, public agencies, and while volunteering helped her understand her strengths and interests, so that she could build upon them, better serve her community, and enjoy her work. After starting her career in consulting, Jennifer has lead design teams at Hennepin County, oversaw the skilled trade shops at the Minneapolis Park Board, supervised the Traffic Operations of the City of Minneapolis, and is currently the City Engineer for the City of Roseville.

You can register for the series here. If you are unable to attend live, you will be able to watch the replays at your convenience. The price for the series is $325 ($65 per PDH). Current MnSPE members and non-member employees of our premier sponsor, Bolton & Menk, can register at the 50% off rate via discount code. Additional sponsor discounts include:

  • 25% off for non-member employees of a Diamond level sponsor
  • 15% off for non-member employees of a Platinum level sponsor
  • 10% off for non-member employees of a Gold level sponsor

You will earn 4.0 PDHs for the series.
