On Wednesday, August 3, America’s professional engineers will celebrate their profession and their vital work of keeping Americans safe in their homes, roads, and communities. Since 1939, the Minnesota Society of Professional Engineers has worked to educate Minnesota’s policymakers about the importance of a rigorous licensing process for all engineers whose work affects public and community safety.
