MnSPE’s Young Engineers group is hard at work connecting with students across Minnesota about what it’s like to take the Fundamentals of Engineering exam, and how it can help launch one’s career from undergraduate student to working professional, and ultimately professional engineer.

Recently, the MnSPE YE Committee held a hybrid FE Exam Information Session at the University of Minnesota. Materials needed and general information about the test were provided by Rachel Scheu and Lana Karg. Students online and in-person had a chance to ask questions and get advice from a panel of graduate engineers, Makena Pratt, Robert Glisky, and Emma Rae Roberts, who had passed the FE exam in the last year or two.

Our young members group is seeking engineers who have graduated in the last 5 years to join – please reach out to Katie Jamieson to learn more.
